Clare has over 20 years experience in HR, Administration, Office Management, Recruitment and Training across many different sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Food & Drink, and Logistics & Distribution.

At every stage in her career Clare has always found the best way to get the most from any role is to engage with the people around her at all levels of the business. By making everyone understand their role and how it contributes to the overall picture you'll see an energised, determined, and focused workforce.

In her spare time she runs children's events and parties, volunteers for cause-related campaigns and runs speed dating events in Glasgow.
